Insurance Plans
  • Employees may participate in Medical (including Vision), Dental, Basic Life and AD&D, and Supplemental Life benefits on the first day of employment.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
  • All Amentra employees over the age of 21 years are eligible to enroll on the first of the month following their date of hire. Employees may contribute (pre-tax) 1%-60% of earnings, $.50 for every $1.00 contributed will be matched up to the first 6% of contributions made and are 100% vested immediately on the match.
Disability Income Plan
  • Employees are eligible to participate in Short and Long Term Disability plans on the first day of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts for Healthcare/Dependent Care
  • Employees are eligible to participate on the first day of employment and can contribute up to $5,000.00 pre-tax to a healthcare and/or dependent care account.
Paid Time Off/Holidays
  • All employees receive 16 paid days off a year, 8 paid Holidays, and 3 Floating Holidays (pro-rated based on date of hire). Paid time off increases with length of service.
529 College Savings Plan
  • Funds are held by employees who have the option to make a $50.00/month minimum contribution (maximum contribution per beneficiary is $250,000.00).
Employee Assistance Program
  • At no cost to employees, counseling and other forms of assistance are available during times of crisis, emotional, or family problems. Employees have the option to participate in employee paid Met Law and Met Life programs.
